REGISTRATION PERIOD
MAY 5 TO MAY 16, 2025
10AM TO 4PM MONDAYS TO FRIDAYS ONLY

HOW TO JOIN:

- Open for kids ages 8 to 11 years old (boys and girls) and;
For kids 12 to 15 years old (boys and girls)

- Download and fill up the Batang PBA Registration form available 'here' below

- Submit the form together with: two (2) pcs 2x2 recent photos, ORIGINAL PSA Birth Certificate or PASSPORT, and Current School ID at the PBA Office in Libis, QC.

- Joining fee is P5,000 per head.

INCLUSIONS:

Four (4) sessions- Basketball Clinic

Reversible Jersey

1 Molten rubber basketball

A chance to play for the Batang PBA tournament with 1 set of PBA Team Uniform
