POY Erram looks forward to his friendly matchup with close pal Troy Rosario in the PBA Commissioner's Cup finals.
The title series which gets underway Friday at the Mall of Asia Arena, will be the first meeting between the two former TNT teammates with no less than a championship at stake.
Despite the parting of ways, the respect and friendship remain the same, according to Erram.
"Kaibigan kami ni Troy. Pero kailangan mo pa rin ibigay yung respect kapag kalaban mo. And after that, family pa rin kami," he said.
"Excited ako na magkalaban kami. You just cherish yung ganitong moment na yung close friend mo kalaban mo talaga."

In the semis, Rosario averaged 13.0 points, 7.2 rebounds, 2.0 blocks, and 1.8 assists as Barangay Ginebra finished off top seed Northport in five games.
Erram meanwhile, submitted numbers of 5.8 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 1.0 blocks also in five games as TNT disposed Rain or Shine.
Incidentally, both players won their first PBA championship together as frontcourt partner at TNT during the 2021 Philippine Cup bubble in Bacolor, Pampanga.
And having worked together manning the shaded lane for the Tropang Giga, the 35-year-old Erram exactly knows what Rosario can bring to the table.
"Siyempre mas gusto ko siyang kakampi. Mas mapapadali ang buhay ko kapag kakampi ko si Troy," admitted Erram.
