PHOENIX and Converge emerged triumphant in the finals of the 2025 Batang PBA age-group championship to claim the 15U and 13U divisions title, respectively, on Tuesday at the CCF Gym in Pasig.
The Batang Fuel Masters snapped the Batang San Miguel Beermen's three-game winning streak with lopsided , 98-84, victory to snatched 15U crown.
Enzo Stephen Guevarra erupted for 30 points including 12 in the fourth period as the Fuel Masters repelled the Beermen's repeated rallies.
Mihangel Philrick Morre scored 15 points, Jam Carlos Fernandez and Cace Lazaro had 11 apiece while Driff Ozzie Umali added 10 for Phoenix.
Yash Sebastian tallied 22 points and CJ Calma scored 21 to pace the Beermen, who seemed to struggle to get their rhythm.

The Batang FiberXers were just as dominating, pulling away for 79-61 win over the Batang Ginebra Gin Kings, 79-61, in the 13U division.
Dwane Matthew Asistido and Ethan Francesco Gregorio tallied 18 points each while Ralf Miguel Fresno had 15 points to pace Converge's runaway win.
Raphael Luiz Miguel Santiago added eight and Remo Valencia and Feldavid Adap chipped in six points each as the Batang FiberXers finished their campaign with a perfect 4-0 record.
The awarding ceremonies will be held on Wednesday at the halftime break of the 2025 PBA Philippine Cup finals Game 2 between Talk 'N Text and San Miguel Beer at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum.
PBA Commissioner Willie Marcial will also be awarding medals to all players of the four finalists. (JBU)
