SAN Miguel Beer tries to complete a 3-game sweep of its elimination assignment in Group B to secure its place in the semifinals of the 11U division in the 2025 Batang PBA age-group tournament on Friday.
The Batang Beermen (2-0) close out their campaign against the Batang Terrafirma Dyip (1-1) at 9 a.m. at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium in Manila.
In the other 11U match, Rain or Shine (1-1) seeks an all-important win against TNT (0-2) at the 12:15 p.m.
As things stand now, Terrafirma and ROS are hard-pressed to win to keep their chances of advancing in the next round.
Things may possible get complicated should Terrafirma beats SMB and ROS defeats TNT. This scenario will create a three-way tie among SMB, ROS and Terrafirma at 2-1 record.

Per tournament rule, the quotient system will be used to break the tie and determine the last two semifinalists in Group B.
In the 9U division, Converge (1-1) battles Ginebra (0-2) at 10:30 a.m. while Blackwater (2-0) takes on Magnolia (1-1) at 1:45 p.m..
