FOR Jeo Ambohot, it's like starting all over again.
That's how the 6-foot-7 power-forward sees the coming Season 50 of the PBA when he dons a new team jersey not named Converge.
Ambohot saw his three-season stint with the FiberXers come to an end after he was shipped to Northport in a sign and trade deal that also involved Phoenix and players Evan Nelle and Larry Muyang.
The big man from Letran admitted feeling a tinge of sadness in leaving the team which made him its first ever draft pick in franchise history.
Converge selected Ambohot no. 3 overall during the Season 47 draft just after it acquired the franchise of Alaska.

"Siyempre matagal na rin kaming (Converge) nagsama. Malalim na rin yung samahan kaya malungkot din," Ambohot said of how he felt upon learning of the trade.
But like a real pro, he's not letting emotions take the better of him.
"Nagulat din (trade), pero ganun talaga. Trabaho lang," said Ambohot.
"Ganyan talaga ang buhay sa PBA. Hindi natin alam kung kelan tayo mapupunta sa ibang team, part naman ng trabaho yun. So ready lang palagi kung anuman ang mangyari," added the former NCAA Finals MVP when Letran won the last of its three straight men's championship under former coach Bonnie Tan.
In his three-year stay with the FiberXers, Ambohot never really got to showcase his full potential, which he hopes he'll finally be able to do so once Pureblends officially acquires the Northport franchise.
