FROM bad to best.
That's how Don Trollano has gone from San Miguel's last game against TNT to Sunday night's 111-92 drubbing of Phoenix in the PBA Philippine Cup at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.
Trollano ended up the second leading scorer for the Beermen with a conference-high 21 points, 10 of them coming in the second quarter when he spearheaded San Miguel in outscoring the Fuel Masters, 34-21, to finally put the separation between them.
The veteran wingman added five rebounds, two assists, and two steals, while going 7-of-13 from the field.
Obviously, it's Trollano's way of bouncing back after being held scoreless in an 89-84 loss to the Tropang 5G exactly a week after at the Ynares Center in Antipolo.

Against TNT, the Adamson University product was held to a 0-of-3 shooting, and only had a rebound and a steal in 14 minutes of play.
Actually, even Trollano couldn't say for certain what struck him in the loss against the Tropang 5G.
"Hindi ko rin alam, e," he said when asked about his scoreless stint the previous game. "Siguro I was just not playing hard."
That's exactly the opposite in the win against the Fuel Masters.
"I just played hard. Kailangan namin mag step up nung nag-struggle yung first group. The mindset is just to win," said Trollano.

"We can't afford to lose back-to-back games kasi yung standings dikit-dikit, e. So pag natalo kami, babagsak kami."
